Kilpatrick Partner Josh Lee is based in Atlanta and concentrates his practice on the litigation of complex patent disputes in U.S. district courts across the country, at the International Trade Commission, and in trials before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Lee is also a registered patent attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has substantial patent prosecution experience.

Kilpatrick Senior Associate Forrest Fleming is based in New York City and focuses his practice on trademark and commercial litigation. He has represented Fortune 500 companies in dozens of litigations in both state and federal courts, and at both the trial and appellate level.
